How can we pay?

You can pay online by credit card and PayPal. You can also pay the full amount in cash (Thai Baht) to the guide, before the tour begins. Unfortunately, we cannot accept card payments on site. We would appreciate if you could inform us promptly on cancellations or any changes.

What is your child policy?

I’m coming during rainy season (May-November). What if it rains?

The rainstorms here typically consist of scattered showers that occur in the afternoon and are of short duration. In most cases, our guides will find shelter, have a nice chat about local history, nature, the meaning of life, etc. Before you know, the rain has passed and you are on your way again. In the less common cases, when the rain does not stop in a short period of time and is not heavy, your guide will offer rain ponchos and the tour will continue unless someone melts.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, we do. Please contact us about your plans and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Is the tour safe for those who are shaky on a bike?

While we wish to accommodate everyone on our regular tour, the local paths we will ride sometimes consist of elevated, meter-wide concrete paths that may not have safety railings and turn at sharp 90-degree angles. Please see our Gallery for photos of these. If you cannot confidently ride these or they make you nervous, please consider contacting us for a private tour that sticks mostly to wide paths and roads. In any case, you should at least be able to ride a bicycle confidently on roads. Your safety is our number one concern, and we don’t wish to compromise it by falsely saying: “Sure, everyone can ride our tour.” Keep in mind this is Thailand, and there usually are no safety standards. This is part of what makes the experience here enjoyable and exciting (and makes for interesting photos), but we definitely don’t want to see anyone get injured!

What should I bring and wear?

Light coloured, comfortable, breathable clothing with nothing long that will get caught up in the bike and become an emergency brake is recommended. The elevated paths that thread through the greenery have lots of shade, but those who sunburn easily may want to wear a hat or grow lots of hair. Sunblock is available. Covered shoes with sturdy soles are recommended, but comfortable sandals with supportive soles are fine too. Typical Thai construction-worker shoes (rubber flip-flops) are not recommended. For the night tour we advise you to wear long pants because of the mosquitos.

What is your cancellation policy?
In line with the latest international industry standards we have moved to a 24-hour standard cancellation policy. Under this policy, customers will be able to cancel their bookings 24 hours prior to the tour date for a full refund. If customers cancel within the 24 hour period, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
