General information
- The duration of our day tours is approximately 4 hours.
- In Case of cancellation, a full refund will be given to travelers that cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
- Wear comfortable clothing for hot weather. Wear a hat and use suncream during our day tours. Wearing slippers as footwear is not recommended.

The meeting Point and meeting time
We assemble at the red Thai postal service box near WAT Khlong Toei Nok, next to a small police station and a 7/11. The area is centrally located not far from the larger city parks Benjakitti and Lumpini park. When you happen to be early you can relax at an Amazon coffee shop also located at the meeting point.
Since traffic in Bangkok can be extremely jammed at times and our guests not like to wait on others before the tour can start, we recommend to leave your hotel much earlier than you think is the proper time.
Our guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point from 8 a.m. for the morning tour, 1 p.m. for the afternoon, and 5 p.m. for the firefly tour.
The weather and presence of fireflies
We never cancel a tour due to rain as cannot predict where and when a rain shower is going to hit our cycling area but even during the rainy season these showers seldom last longer than about 30 minutes. We also provide ponchos to the guests if needed.
Fireflies at our location can be seen all year round. The number of fireflies that light up varies depending on the season and weather at the time of the tour. One day we can see only a few and the next can be swarming with our fascinating lighting bug. Dry patches during the rainy season with no wind are ideal as the fireflies lay their eggs in a drop of rainwater collected on a leaf.

Who can book and how to book
Everybody of every size and every age can join but you must be able to ride a bicycle. We will always try to accommodate everyone on a comfortable bicycle. Children can join as well but we recommend making your tour private when booking a tour where join children will participate. Children can either ride a kid's bike or ride with mum or dad in a child seat.
Booking can be made from the homepage. After choosing the type of tour, the date, and the time you will be asked for some personal information to make it easier for us to prepare the tour. A minimum of 2 people must join before we start a tour. Once 2 guests have booked a slot also single travelers can book and join. This will be shown on the booking page. Payments must be done before the tour start.
We have a 24-hour online booking cut-off time, for last-minute tours please contact us by email or phone.
